Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for context++ paid plans. It supplements our Terms of Service.

1. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from the billing portal (accessible from your dashboard). Cancellation stops future renewals; your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period, after which access ends and no further charges are made.

2. Refunds

We offer a refund within 14 days of a charge if you are not satisfied and have not made substantial use of your plan’s monthly quota. Requests outside this window, or after significant usage, are handled at our discretion. Plan upgrades and downgrades are prorated automatically by Stripe rather than refunded separately.

3. How to request a refund

Email support@contextplusplus.dev from your account email with your account details and the reason. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method through Stripe; the time to appear depends on your bank or card issuer.

4. Exceptions

Charges are non-refundable where prohibited by law, for accounts terminated for breach of the Terms, or for provider/API costs already incurred on your behalf. Nothing in this policy limits rights you may have under applicable consumer-protection law.
