These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of context++ (the “Service”), operated by CONTEXT PLUS PLUS INC (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. The Service
context++ converts a public URL (or a supported provider response) into LLM-friendly Markdown through an HTTP API, an MCP server, and a CLI. To fetch content, the Service submits the URL you provide to third-party fetching providers (see our Privacy Policy for the current list). The Service returns structured Markdown; it does not host, store, or redistribute the target content beyond what is needed to render your result and (optionally) cache it.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials and API keys confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account and API keys. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- fetch URLs you are not authorized to access, or in violation of a target site’s Terms of Service, robots directives, or applicable law — you are solely responsible for the URLs you submit and your right to retrieve them;
- infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights, or process unlawful content;
- circumvent quota, rate limits, billing, or security controls, or resell the Service without authorization;
- attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure.
4. Plans, billing & quotas
Paid plans are billed through Stripe on a recurring basis at the price shown at checkout. Each plan includes a monthly usage allowance (quota); usage beyond your plan may be rate-limited or blocked. Plan changes are prorated by Stripe. You authorize us and Stripe to charge your payment method for all fees. Taxes may apply. Refunds and cancellation are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
5. Service availability & changes
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features (including provider coverage and quotas) at any time. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation.
6. Disclaimers & limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, and we are not responsible for the accuracy, legality, or availability of third-party content you fetch. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
7. Termination
You may stop using the Service and cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for breach of these Terms or unlawful use. Sections that by their nature should survive (e.g. billing owed, disclaimers, limitation of liability) survive termination.
8. Governing law & contact
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Questions about these Terms: support@contextplusplus.dev.
